Example desperately needed

There is a sample spectrum in Figure 1 of Becker et al. "Evidence for Reionization at z~6", published in the Astronomical Journal in 2001. The article is freely available on the journal's website [1]. However, the website says "all rights reserved" to the publisher. Is it legal to reproduce the figure in this article? If not, would obtaining permission from one or two of the (many!) authors be enough to make it legal? CautiousTiger (talk) 04:45, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
