TV.com
editThey're not considered a reliable source, unfortunately. - Peregrine Fisher (talk) (contribs) 06:45, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the warning. I appreciate it. While I looked through the Good Article Nominations list for example of how to write a good article about television episodes, I saw citations for the site on the An Khe (The West Wing) page, and I thought that TV.com was a reliable source. I'll try not to use the site as a source in the future. Again, thanks.SciGal (talk) 18:23, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
- That GA is over 2 years old. It has several refs that aren't considered reliable. We could delist it, I prefer to let sleeping GAs lie. - Peregrine Fisher (talk) (contribs) 19:05, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Guns and Roses (Numb3rs)
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Guns and Roses (Numb3rs)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "CBS Studios, Inc":
- From Uncertainty Principle (Numb3rs): Cheryl Heuton (co-creator-executive producer), Nicolas Falacci (co-creator-executive producer), David W. Zucker (co-executive producer), David Krumholtz (actor) (2006). Uncertainty Principle -- Commentary by co-creator-executive producers Cheryl Heuton and Nicolas Falacci, co-executive producer David W. Zucker and actor David Krumholtz (DVD -- Numb3rs: Season 1). CBS Studios, Inc.
- From Don Eppes: Cheryl Heuton (co-creator-executive producer), Nicolas Falacci (co-creator-executive producer), Ridley Scott (executive producer), Tony Scott (executive producer), David W. Zucker (co-executive producer), Mark Saks (casting director), Skip Chaissom (producer) (2006). Point of Origin: Inside the Unaired Pilot (DVD – Numb3rs: Season 1). CBS Studios, Inc.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 15:18, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
Minor differences are significant in that each reference cited is a different feature in a boxed set of DVDs. To fix this, I just renamed the tags in question.SciGal (talk) 14:20, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
