Additional information for this article
editSomeone from the Sweden Portal might consider translating the many biographical details at http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustaf_Retzius into this page. 174.65.105.116 (talk) 04:04, 8 February 2014 (UTC)
- I've made significant contributions to the English version and I think 174.65.105.116's had a great idea. F (talk) 21:05, 5 November 2017 (UTC)
Racism?
editIt's difficult to find good sources backing the relationship between Gustaf Retzius and scientific racism. Is it true? Any help? F (talk) 21:06, 5 November 2017 (UTC)
- At least the Finnish-language Wikipedia articles Retziuksen retkikunta and Gustaf Retzius § Antropologiset ja kansatieteelliset tutkimukset write about it and have good sources. Here's also a great article about the subject (and about Swedish scientific racism in general) but it's in Finnish and behind a paywall:
- Sippola, Jussi (6 February 2021). "Rotuteorioiden suurmaa" [The Great Land of Race Theories]. Helsingin Sanomat (in Finnish).
