Proposed deletion
editThe article was proposed for deletion because of WP:RS, lack of notability. I have added enough reference to suggest that the person is notable. The person has won a WHO award and has written 5 books. I have tried to,
- added enough references to avoid controversies on notability
- deleted contents that were promotional
- added verifiable citations
- tried to maintain neutral point of view(I think I have)
If you find anything wrong in my edits, please do revert it. I am removing the maintenance tag and the deletion tag, as I believe the matter has been resolved. ShriramTalk 05:13, 17 February 2014 (UTC)
While I too hope we have done enough to avoid deletion, I hope I haven't overstepped the mark by providing links to book-selling sites. Is that considered promotional? Please revert if so!--Graham Proud (talk) 08:28, 24 February 2014 (UTC)
- I think its promotional, so removed it. Don't worry, feel free to express your views. ShriramTalk 14:55, 24 February 2014 (UTC)
- Please explain? Amazon is promo but Barnes and Noble not? They are both book-selling sites. I am still learning the ropes, so please educate me!--Graham Proud (talk) 15:01, 24 February 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry didn't notice. ShriramTalk 15:29, 24 February 2014 (UTC)
