As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. I understand that players, referees, and team managers in professional leagues are usually notable; but Gwyn Williams is actually a technical director and a talent scout. Would he qualify for an own article?

- He has been written about by the BBC amongst others. Another interesting fact is that he is said to have the biggest contacts book in British football. In addition, he was previously assistant manager at Chelsea (to Vialli), which I believe is quite a notable position. I wonder if he also played professionally when he was younger (which would make him notable), as it is quite rare for a non-pro to end up as a prominent backroom staff member, though I cannot find anything a playing career.
