Notability tag

I am removing this as it seems to be well-referenced with reliable sources, especially for a non-English language school. Also see Wikipedia: Notability (schools), high school articles (and this is the equivalent of a high school) are highly unlikely, if ever, deleted when they are well-written and well-sourced.
