The Mycomorphbox template capShape field is set to "irregular", but irregular is not one of the field's supported values. A supported value needs to be chosen from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Mycomorphbox that correctly characterises the cap, or else the field transclusion needs to be deleted.
