Is this her?

edit

I uploaded this image months ago - is this the right ship? Ingolfson (talk) 05:43, 18 March 2008 (UTC) Image:Monowai In Milford Sound Feb 1933.jpgReply

Yes, I think so. See here (scroll down). Good job! --Geronimo20 (talk) 07:48, 18 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Some chronological problems

edit

"Before transferring she had been prepared for mounting guns; the guns were ordered and stored at the Devonport Naval Base in Auckland. From 24 November 1932 she ran mostly from Wellington to Sydney."

Should the first part of these two sentences really go second? More so, shouldn't it go into the military career part?

Also, in the military career part is an etymology of her name from the lake - she was called Monowai before, wasn't she? Ingolfson (talk) 21:57, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I agree with the untidy order and I've tidied it, but I'm not sure what your point is about the etymology? --Geronimo20 (talk) 01:17, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Landing Craft capacities

edit

I notice that the capacity of the Landing Craft is listed as 365 kg. I think it should be 3650 as the 35 infantry landing from one weighing at 10.44 Kilograms each would hardly cause the enemy to cower in fear. A toddler invasion prehaps.122.60.156.2 (talk) 20:06, 14 October 2016 (UTC) Mike SmithReply
