I feel that the lead could be expanded slightly, to summarise the article according to WP:LEADLENGTH. A sentence or two on its career should do it
"Howe recommissioned for the Home Fleet in early 1901" - how is this part relevant to the lead section or HMS Anson? Did Howe's recommissioning have some consequence for this ship?
"The ship was paid off in three years later" - just three years later
"their draught increased by another 6 inches" - convert to metric
All measurements are converted on first use only.
"by armoured tubes with walls 12 inches thick" - convert to metric
