Small error in the Article, H93 HMS Hereward was originally built with a twin 4.7 inch CP MK XIX in the B position, and was fitted for but not equipped, a single 4.7 in A position. The twin mounting was removed at the start of the war, and single 4.7 installed in A and B positions.
