How to spell "Staudenmayer"
editHello All,
In researching this article, I've come across different versions of the pilot's surname.
- Jane's says it's Standenmayer.
- Flight International has it as Staudenmayer.
- A museum display plaque says that it's Staudenmeyer.
However, I've found a online glider pilot account for an Oskar Staudenmayer, which may well be our man, so have settled on that as being the correct spelling, and used that for the article.
