Article is neutral, meets the required length, and is sufficiently referenced—created on 4 July, the same day as this nomination. Hooks are interesting, succinct, neutral, and reliably sourced—I prefer ALT2, and while I'm sure this could be rephrased to make it more succinct, I think the length actually helps to keep it interesting.
