Photo commentary

Outside of Ireland

This article is pretty Ireland-centric given there are halting sites across the UK too, as it says (and includes photos of). It might benefit from more text about halting sites outside of Ireland for a more balanced view. For example, data from www.theguardian.com/news/datablog/2011/jun/29/gypsy-sites-england-local-authority, which is listed in Further Reading but not discussed.
