At the time of writing this, the article is a pure autobiography and is only referenced to primary sources. This is a serious verifiability issue, although not quite a BLP Prod job. It needs somebody to go through it and remove any unverifiable claims or cruft and then reference the rest properly. Assuming it is broadly correct, that should be enough to get it into shape.
