Yes, WP:RSUE. BTW the Czech ref you mentioned in the summary of your edit concerning habeas corpus works for me; it is the praguemonitor.com (in English) which is down (was archived => ref now restored). WikiHannibal (talk) 19:54, 12 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
