That's true of the father, but J.P. Morgan, Jr. lived until 1943. We need to figure out if the NY Times obituary was referring to Jr. or to the firm when it wrote, "In 1927 Morgan invited Mr. Stanley to become a partner" and link accordingly, or simply leave out the "invitation" and note that he became a partner in 1927. - Nunh-huh 18:50, 18 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
