Why this article about Harvey Bautista should not be deleted

I'd like to contest the deletion proposal of my article about Harvey Bautista, who is a child actor in the Philippines.

Here are the proofs that he is a notable actor:

He has been in a TV show since year 2011.
He was a nominee in the '26th PMPC Star Awards for TV' for Best New Male TV Personality (source: http://www.pep.ph/news/36490/arjo-atayde-on-winning-as-star-awards39-best-new-male-tv-personality-hindi-ko-talaga-ini-expect) Note: I will add this to the article soon.
He has a fan base.
