One verse missing in "Spanich lyrics"
editI think the second verse is missing. Something like :
Tu mano gloriosa y fuerte
Sobre la historia dispara
Cuando todo Santa Clara
Se despierta para verte.
I'm about to modify it...
And the text might need a check from a spanish-speaking person. I think there's a bunch of accents to add... Noirdesirs (talk) 01:37, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
- I've read it through and don't see any need for accents, every word has stress in the position indicated by absence of accents on the word. Michealt (talk) 16:39, 5 November 2011 (UTC)
Isn't "farwell for good" more apt translation to english? "Until always" in my opinion very untipical sentence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.56.65.172 (talk) 14:32, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
Glorifying Che Guevara
editThe introduction used to say "glorifying Che Guevara and his role as a revolutionary commander". I have changed the word glorifying to simply describing. Glorifying is a loaded word, implying that the positive picture of Guevara in the song is unjustified. (Cf. the second OED definition: "describe or represent as admirable, especially unjustifiably"). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.52.122.213 (talk) 18:32, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
why "historical heights" links to Sierra Maestra?
editThe link seems unjustified. Is that mount also called "historical" or is it implied that they look from this specific mountain ? 69.17.225.249 (talk) 04:57, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
