Oppose straight deletion; merge it into the Health section of the article on Norway. This doesn't merit its own article- it fits fine into the general discussion on Norway. It's about Norwegian living. It relates to 9 million people who are healthy, live long lives, and have a modern, single-payer system. Period. Norway doesn't have anything special to offer medically.
