Proven involvement in the killing
editThe proven is in dispute, alleged is the better word here. --41.151.203.196 (talk) 11:49, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
- He was formally accused before a judge, it means the public prosecutor, it is the state, was convinced with the evidence collected during the investigation, that Dr. Gross was guilty of murder, so triggered a trial against him. Accused is the best wording[1]. -- ClaudioSantos¿? 15:22, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

editThis is a very strange section that appears to be far beyond the scope of the article as well as completely unsourced, substituted by an individual contributor for the previous section on the matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.217.180.14 (talk) 19:42, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
