Coronavirus research April Fools joke
editThe content of the section seems to be an April Fools joke, it was aired on April 1. Also Hendrik joked on taking swabs from cats on the show. Real COVID-19 research by Hendrik involves mass testing, for both antibodies and viral RNA. Ncpie (talk) 05:42, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- There is no mention in the 3 April article "No proof coronavirus can be spread while shopping, says leading German virologist" of the date of the TV programme on which Streeck appeared. If anyone can document either 1) a correction in the newspaper in which the article appeared, or 2) a mention elsewhere of Streek's April Fool's Day joke; then the wiki article should be amended to reflect new knowledge.
