This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Hendrika Buelinckx has made significant contributions to architectural education and is a noted scholar on the built environment of Belgium. She has won numerous Teaching awards at Texas Tech University for her work in the College of Architecture and she has authored the entry "Brussels, Belgium" in the Encyclopedia of Twentieth Century Architecture, edited by Stephen Sennott.
