Dickenson House
edit@Graywalls:, you removed the entire house entry. Can't we at least say this?
Dickinson designed a large family house that was built by M. J. Murphy in 1923. It was one of the area's earliest residences constructed on Carmel Point.[1]

- To anyone wondering, please take a look at the preview of the book. It's basically like a pictorial guide of various houses in Carmel-by-the-Sea and each picture has a sentence or two of caption describing the house. I also noticed that the author is the same as the author of the voice guided walking tour whose voicemap.me you have been posting. That being said, a picture of his house doesn't really help much of anything and the coverage in this book doesn't impart notability of any sort. I am not sure what is meant by "it was one of the earliest". The first 5%? 10%? 10 houses? "First x in y locale" doesn't always impart noteworthiness, such as in this case.
