Wrong Title

edit

Henry Grey is the 2nd Duke of Suffolk as correctly mentioned in the article body. This page must be renamed. --NisansaDdS (talk) 04:14, 24 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

OK, I'm just an ignorant Yank, but.... He was the first Duke of Suffolk, but married the daughter of the Duke of Suffolk?? The Brits eat cold toast, drink warm beer, and drive on the wrong side of the street; do they also marry their own daughters? Too Old 03:01, 2005 May 15 (UTC)

Wrong lead picture

edit

The lead picture is not Henry Grey, but Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester. Compare the National Portrait Gallery's versions: [1] and [2].

"jure uxoris"

edit

The Brandon dukedom of Suffolk became extinct in 1551 and he was related to them through his wife, yes. Well, jure uxoris usually means that the wife actually holds the title. So why was he (as the article says) created Duek of Suffolk jure uxoris?--85.176.176.239 (talk) 01:41, 19 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
