This page is unreferenced and the topic is non-notable. A shack on the beach does not deserve a separate entry in an encyclopedia. It should be deleted, and any material that is worth saving moved to the Herzliya page.--Gilabrand (talk) 20:54, 5 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Gilabrand, this is a unique example of vernacular architecture such as the Watts Towers and the Forestiere Underground Gardens. All were the product of a one individual's labour and creative drive (Rodia, Foresitiere, Cachlon) over several decades. The work may not be considered of value to most members of this otherwise affluent city as it is something of a transgression against their tastes and obviously not compliant with city codes.
