Bubbajoebubba, I appreciate that with your edits you want to make the point that this company projects a Canadian hipster image but mass-produces its stuff in China. However, you've been going about it in a way that's not compatible with Wikipedia policies and practices. A few examples:

• "In August 2020, Herschel has removed all its references to China and its Chinese factory manufacturing from its website." That would be interesting if we had a reliable source making this assertion. But we don't; all you cite is the website itself, on which the removal is not documented. Please see WP:V and WP:RS.
• "More than 4,000 stores carry their backpacks, and the company keeps about 15 factories in China busy. Founder Jamie flies to China, mainly Shanghai, as often as six times a year to visit suppliers and manufacturers. And he has a close relationship with them (some even came over for his wedding). "The factories and the amount of technologies in China they’ve been investing in to ensure they’re cutting-edge and leading is far superior to what we’ve seen in other countries,” Lyndon beams. “We want to make our products in the best place we can and it happens to be right here in China." This is undue detail. A Wikipedia article wants to describe its subjects neutrally based on how it is covered in reliable sources. If we devote half the article describing details of the company's Chinese manufacturing, we violate WP:UNDUE, because this is not the issue the media primarily cover when they write about this company. In addition, this is unencyclopedic prose, which sounds straight out of a press release. We don't write about people "beaming" stuff, or call them "Jamie". We're a reference work, not a newspaper.

I've cut your additions down to one mention of their manufacturing in China, which seems to me all that the sources you produce support. Sandstein 09:20, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

I think it's fine to remove "hipster retro" from the first line as done in special:diff/974741925 (it could be moved down as "is marketed as <whatever>"), but other than that Sandstein's version should be restored for all the reasons above. Nemo 17:07, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

3O Response: The material about manufacturing in China is undue weight. This is especially true given that manufacturing in China for export is very commonplace and relatively unremarkable. Additionally, the material added is poorly written, and at least some of it is not supported by the references cited. Bubbajoebubba, you have now had two editors disagree with you, so you will need to come to this talk page to discuss the matter rather than continue to make your edits (which I will shortly be reverting once again). Just continuing to make them while being unwilling to discuss them or hear other editors' concerns is considered edit warring and will ultimately lead to you being blocked or otherwise sanctioned. This page was previously unbalanced as a major contributor (Sandstein)seemed to be closely connected to the product, as was stated at the top of the page. It read as an advertisement. All edits were legitimately sourced. I will lessen the weight of China content, however quotes from the founders add legitimacy. Bubbajoebubba (talk) 18:18, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

This company is not a Canadian manufacturer. It is a Canadian company that manufactures in China and the reader deserves to know the distinction. Bubbajoebubba (talk) 18:19, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
