I recall that he was on TV a fair bit back in 1993-4. I think he did an appearance as a "talking head" commentator on a programme called "The Great Commanders" (Alexander, Caesar, Nelson, Napoleon, Grant, Zhukov). I think he also did an episode of a programme called "Back to the shop floor" (or similar) in which people at the top of their professions were filmed going back to an entry-level job - in Pike's case he went back to being a platoon commander, ordering some armoured cars or light tanks around on an exercise.Paulturtle (talk) 19:46, 11 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
