Deleting is not the correct answer. The service existed and was significant as it was the key Chinese Virtual World platform in contrast to Second Life.
For what it's worth, the ONLY information I can even find in English noting that the service is gone is on this wiki -- http://hipihi.wikia.com/wiki/HiPiHi_Wiki and I only was able to find that by checking archive.org for changes to the website which pointed me to the August 2012 date for when everything went away.
I find it surprising that a service like this could just simply vanish one day as if it never existed.
