The infobox section does not limit the inclusion of authorities that controlled the garisson to the "de jure" authorities: the Ottoman guard surrendered to the Greek detachment in November 18, 1912, before the declaration of the Albanian independence.Alexikoua (talk) 02:13, 12 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
