editEnglish page on Hipolito Unanue states he was a president of Peru from April 1825 to January 1826, and that he was preceded and succeeded by Jose de la Mar. I couldn't find any other verificartion for this. Furthermore, in a Wikipedia list of presidents of Peru, there is no mention of him as the President, and Simon Bolivar is stated to be the President from February 1824 to January 1827. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.247.207.129 (talk) 08:45, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
- You are right. Unánue was President of the Council, not President of the Republic. Eclecticology (talk) 08:05, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
