I translated this article from the one on Japanese wikipedia which has existed without challenge since 2006. By virtue of his high profile in publicly debating issues relating to the Najing Massacre in particular and Japanese war crimes in general, as well as the numerous published articles he has written on these subjects, he is at least clearly notable within Japan.
