New Hispano-Suiza

edit

I have seen pictures of a new Hispano-Suiza supercar. I don't know how old it is, but it is certainly worth noting.

The brand has been used without permission from "La Hispano Suiza Fábrica de Automóviles SA" (Grupo Peralda) or SAFRAN, holders of the rights to the historic name and brand. info --Nachx (talk) 16:17, 13 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

According to this link their are two different groups using the name at this year's Geneva show - with prospect for ensuing legal battle.

Should use template:Infobox Company or template:Infobox Defunct Company to make similar look than other car company articles --Typ932 T·C 17:09, 14 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Linking to non-existent articles can only be justified in the context that an article does not currently exist, but really SHOULD - and in fact very probably WILL, when someone gets around to it (or even finishes the one they are working on). But even in a case like this, they can be confusing and a source of dismay and confusion - not to mention weeping and gnashing of teeth - especially among the "newbies" and non-editing users.

They do not, I trow, belong in avowedly "anti-confusion" things like header notes. --Soundofmusicals (talk) 22:38, 9 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
