A tag was removed, how is it that the subject of this article is clearly notable? Have there been books written about this subject? Papers published in journals? While there have been considerable work done on Chinese American history as a whole, I am unconvinced that this particular subject is independently notable. I am not seeing this article as a sub-article of another article due to its parent article being too big, therefore it calls into question why this article is not part of a notable subject, such as History of Chinese Americans.--RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 09:57, 15 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
