State atheism needs a reassessment of its Importance level, as it has little to do with atheism and is instead an article about anti-theist/anti-religious actions of governments.

The history of communism in Russia is so important that I think it deserves broad concept article, there are pages for Anarchism and Liberalism in Russia, neither of which played as big a role in Russia's history as communism did (and continues to play in games like CS:GO where there is an abundance of commies). This article as written has little information and most of the content is unreflective conjecture on events. As it stands it is currently incoherent and what little content it contains is ideologically slanted to the point of being mostly useless other than for advancing a narrow opinion or referring users to other articles, I think this page should be deleted and remade unless this contradicts some principle of Wikipedia. 2601:1C2:1B80:D840:7476:F8FD:4AAB:32C8 (talk) 20:22, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
The article lacks substance regarding the direct impacts of communism on Russia from a neutral point of view, with its contents lacking this article is in need of a touch-up. Joao E. Ribeiro (talk) 14:53, 1 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please add the exact year/ a range of years that efforts towards communism started, just saying "efforts to build communism began after Tsar Nicholas II lost his power during the February Revolution, and ended with the dissolution of the USSR in 1991." doesn't tell the year/ year range. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:5790:1810:60AA:DE37:33BE:1FEA (talk) 15:07, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
This article focuses predominantly on the historical side and touches little on the fundamentals or ideology of communism in Russia. I would suggest adding more content in that aspect and showing how communism evolves under different leaders. Please also consider providing more content about the roles communism plays both before the collapse of the Soviet Union and in Russia's society today. It is also helpful if you could provide more information on the governmental structure of the communist party and a short introduction for its leaders. On the formatting side, I suggest that you may consider rephrasing your introductory paragraph since it
