This article is clearly a history of trusts, not of equity. It's kind of obvious after six years that no one has the time to clean up the mess in the article on equity and transfer it here. So this article should be moved back to the previous title, History of trusts. --Coolcaesar (talk) 19:57, 8 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

The state of the Article at the moment is not very satisfactory, as other have noted. I was planning on working on it substantially over the next few days in particular. Please let me know if you have any concerns or would like to help. I will be notifying previous big contributors to the article. All the best. Jtrrs0 (talk) 17:05, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
At the moment my plan is to divide the article into the history of Equity and the court of Chancery and from where trusts begin to arise (uses) create a new section that deals with the history of trusts up to a summary of modern debates. Would welcome any input if anybody has any strong views about this. Jtrrs0 (talk) 23:27, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
