New sections such as India, China, Persia, Assyria, Vikings
editThis article could be improved by other sections being added in regard to different eras and regions e.g. India, China, Persia, Assyria, Vikings etc. I can get India started although I do not have the time to do it straight away. I think it would be easiest to add the section, and then add a paragraph which helps to introduce/explain that section to the end of the introduction, which is European centred at the minute. I feel we could really make this page a fantastic resource for those with an interest in historical physical training and fitness methods.RickyBennison (talk) 15:21, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
