Vandalism
editThis page seems to have been heavily vandalized by someone. It's extremely POV with asinine references to the Patriots Giants superbowl and using phrases like the "beloved Rays." If I get to it, I'll request it for protection and try to get it to at least a reasonable level. Tithonfury (talk) 22:20, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
- The vandalism seems to have gone away, but not the POV emphasis; my guess is that, in part, it's because edits are made which are taken straight from sources, with no attempt at paraphrasing. Hushpuckena (talk) 05:10, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
File:2006Boston010.jpg licensing problem
editI have listed an image in use in this article, File:2006Boston010.jpg as a possibly unfree file at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2011 August 25. While I think the file is clearly non-free, it may be eligible for use as a non-free file, so I am leaving a note here in case anyone would like to put together a fair use rationale during the listing period before it is deleted. Orphaned references in History of the Boston Red Sox
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of History of the Boston Red Sox's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 03:08, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
