Multiple Communities, Heads, Rabbis

Over the last few months a NPOV version was achieved which was mostly equally weighted between the two Jewish Communities in UAE. In my opinion the recent changes by Wally are not helpful as they rewrite big chunks of the page at once. Let's discuss these changes here section by section and arrive at NPOV consensus.
