Created article
editThis article is a subarticle of Foreign policy of the United States. After much discussion on the talk page, there was consensus to create branch articles on a number of topics since the main article was becoming unwieldy. This article took much of the previous information and wording from the text of main article, expanded it somewhat, with somewhat more information, with a copyedit, and more pictures. --Tomwsulcer (talk) 23:56, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
