editI wish this had been discussed before the move. Hohenheim was, of course, a proper castle for the greater part of its history (c. AD 1000–1770). The estate was transformed into a "Roccoco manor" in 1772. This article cearly isn't about a "palace" (which I suppose might be a way to refer to the estate's main building?), but about the entire manor estate and its history. --dab (𒁳) 06:18, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- @Dbachmann: I suggest you revert your ill-considered edits. According to our article, castle is a type of fortified structure. I see nothing fortified about the existing buildings. Every rural residence in Europe was fortified in the Middle Ages, so what? It does not mean we should rename the likes of Palace of Fontainebleau into Fontainebleau Castle or some such nonsense. --Ghirla-трёп- 17:53, 8 July 2017 (UTC)
