King Michael I

edit

Can somebody explain to me why King Michael I appears twice under the heading "Kings of Romania" - but with different dates given each time??? Both instances link to the same page anyway...—Preceding unsigned comment added by IonNerd (talkcontribs) 06:02, 26 november 2006

He ruled two periods, first when his father Carol II renounced to the throne (1927-1930), then his father returned to Romania and between 1930-1940 he ruled Romania. In 1940 he abdicated in favour of Michael, which was again king (1940-1947). Roamataa 12:25, 26 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Somewhere on this page is a link to the German disambig page. I'm trying to find it, but I have had absolutely no luck doing so. Can anyone find the link? --Milton 19:12, 3 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Okay, I found it. It was in the info box, regarding language. Even though it linked to German language, the system still treated it as a link to German. I've fixed it. --Milton 19:14, 3 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Achberg

edit

I see the second map, but not the first, shows in its inset the district around Achberg, north of Lindau, as part of Hohenzollern. Achberg is not mentioned in the article, nor in the Hohenzollern-Hechingen article. It would be interesting to know when Achberg became part of Hohenzollern. It's not a mistake, this exclave is shown as part of Prussia in the Stieler Atlas for 1891. Maproom (talk) 21:26, 8 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
