Merger

Now that a sufficient majority of Lafarge shares have been tendered to the merger (technically the "exchange offer"), all the discussion (a lot of which is conjecture) about the future course of the merger, written in 2014, should be deleted IMO. the merger was officially announced as complete on 10 July. Accordingly I've deleted most of the detail on the merger, which was mainly analysts' conjecture anyway. It's now a rather brief article but I expect the company will continue to develop and provide material for amplifying it Chrismorey (talk) 02:44, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
