Talk:Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity

I'm going to recreate this page is it is an important organization within the Unification movement inspired by Rev. Sun Myung Moon that articulated the philosophy and gained the membership that began the movement. Since it was ordered to be disbanded in 1994 by Sun Myung Moon with the inauguration of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, the Unification movement went through a series of dramatic changes that have been referenced by scholars.[1] So having this page is important to compile this part of the Unification movement's history as a significant and distinct 'era' within the dynamically changing movement. Divine Principle

edit

Should Divine Principle have its own article? It existed before the HSA and continues to be important, although as it has been pointed out not all UC members believe in it literally.PopSci (talk) 19:54, 27 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

I will go ahead with this if no one objects. PopSci (talk) 14:56, 28 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Right now the text of the article Divine Principle is nowhere, except in the histories of the various articles since it has been moved around so much. For a long time it was a section in Unification Church but was removed from there and moved to this article since it was pointed out that the UC includes people and groups that don't believe in the DP. The problem with it being here is that it predates the HSA-UWC and continues to be relevant after the HSA-UWC's dissolution in 1994. There are certainly secondary sources which establish its notability.PopSci (talk) 22:19, 28 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
