There is a consensus to move the article, however, opposition for the long disambiguator. Therefore moving to the alternate proposed format of just using the city name as the disambiguator. - Comment. There are several hospital branches with name "Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre", hence city name needs to be mentioned in heading to avoid confusion with other hospital branches of same name in other cities. Researcher077 (talk) 01:04, 23 August 2023 (UTC)

- oppose this indeed fails WP:COMMONNAME, and WP:CONCISE. The proposed title has two disambiguators (New Chandigarh - city, and Punjab state). There is another research centre by the same name. I support following titles: "Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Chandigarh", and "Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Visakhapatnam".
