Not sure why your removing huge parts of this article rather than correcting it? Maybe not remove the references and then adding citation needed would be a could start Denis — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rockysantos (talk • contribs) 22:27, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
- See [23]. Where is the source of your information? --Dennis Bratland (talk) 22:55, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
sending me info in Portuguese? Well you don't seem to like references that prove it and you clearly don't use common sense or your eyes..... I'm at a loss Mr Bratland as to how to reference very clear facts your way, seen some of your other editions, removing lots of factual information, I have to say I don't agree with it at all, if the world was run your way no one would know anything as it didn't come from God or yourself clearly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rockysantos (talk • contribs) 23:04, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
- Here's the English page, again: WP:RS. Do you have reliable sources to verify your claims? It's not my way, it's Wikipedia's way. If people want to read a Wikipedia article, they come here and find articles that meet the standards in WP:RS. If they want to read a blog, they go to Google and they find http://hondajoker.wordpress.com/. Nobody is deleting the Joker World blog -- it's still there for anyone to find. Google take you right to it. But it's somebody's personal blog; we don't even know the name of who wrote it. It's not reliable. But if other people want to believe it, Wikipedia isn't stopping them.
The difference is that Wikipedia isn't vouching for the blog by featuring it as a source. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 23:11, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
- By the way, is Joker World written by you? --Dennis Bratland (talk) 23:13, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
No I'm not in anyway affiliated with Joker World, I have owned a Honda Joker and currently own a Dorton Sunny as its called in Spain (a rebadged Chinese scooter made by Znen) and you can clearly see that the Dorton Sunny is clearly a design copy of the Honda Joker, which when you see the date of which the Honda Joker was created you can clearly see the design being copied previously by Aprilia in the Mojito. Unfortunately some of this information is only to be found in the handbook which i no longer own and is not to be found anywhere else on the internet other than a blog, guess it will be my little secret as for some reason that I don't understand you don't want this information on the article, even though it is factual and relevant. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rockysantos (talk • contribs) 23:24, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
- Your opinions about which models look similar are original research. You have to find a published source. Otherwise, there are ten million other web sites on the internet you can put your opinions. Just not Wikipedia.
A good source doesn't have to be on the internet. Offline sources are just as good as online. If you know the title, date, publisher, author, and (hopefully) page number, that's good enough. The point is to give others enough information to find the same publication. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 23:36, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
A Honda Joker isn't a thing.
editThe Motorbike depicted in this article is a Baotian built moped being sold under names Like Benzhou YY50QT-21. They exist in configs with 50ccm and 125ccm. So the information in this article is completely false. 2A00:20:2:A348:9DB6:4968:4895:3AA3 (talk) 14:18, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
