Public consultation on affected regions
editDo we really need this section? It distracts away from the main subject, even on the Chinese Wikipedia they covered this part in only a few sentences. I will be trimming away, but if anyone disagrees, always feel free to revert. Alex Shih (talk) 21:07, 23 September 2018 (UTC)
