My name is Julie Cutler, and my late father Roy Cutler was the brother of Horace Cutler.
I only grew up in wonderment of the famous uncle I had. I only met him once, but he had such a profound effect on political issues as does Ken Livingstone today.
My fathers family were very well off, and Sir Horace Cutler invested much back into the community, not just taking but giving so much more back, even though he did not have to work for a living, as like my father he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
