I removed the notability box since it was utterly ridiculous as a few anonymous posters above me pointed out, horde IMP was/is a big player in webmail web-access to IMAP servers. I think that ever since google apps and opensource AJAX webmail systems (like roundcube)they have lost terrain but that does not make them not notable.
Until a few years ago a lot of ISPs all over the world used horde for their webmail.
Obviously the quality of the article is currently below all standards and that needs to change.
