In reference to the discussion held here. I believe that this article satisfies notability criteria, and should not be merged or deleted. It cites various independent publications, and is notable not only for the unprecedented size of the funding distributed, but also for being embroiled in various issues of EU foreign policy (e.g. with Switzerland and Israel). Yep, we absolutely need an article on the Framework programmes, but an article on each 7 year version of it is WP:UNDUE. We don't do this for other funding agencies (like NIH or NSF) either (and for good reason). --Randykitty (talk) 13:25, 4 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
