Euclid never talked about a horn angle, and Prop. III-16 does not talk about an angle between a circle and a tangent. There is some mention of "horn-like" angles by Proclus and later commentators, but this term is archaic at best.--RDBury (talk) 14:01, 23 June 2011 (UTC)

Prop. III-16 does mention the angle, I misread my source. I rephrased the article with a more reliable source to remove the issue.--RDBury (talk) 11:58, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
